Refund & Cancellation Policy – Digital Memberships & Subscriptions

At Executive Leadership Magazine, we are committed to delivering high-value content, insights, and resources to support entrepreneurs and business leaders. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing a membership or subscription.

1. Digital Memberships & Subscriptions

All Executive Leadership Magazine memberships and subscriptions are digital products and provide immediate access to premium content, tools, and/or services upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital content:

• Refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
• By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital access begins immediately after payment.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Protection Act)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• If you subscribed online or via electronic communication, you may cancel your subscription within 7 (seven) days of purchase provided that no premium content, downloads, or exclusive member services have been accessed.
• If access has already been used, the cooling-off right may no longer apply.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate.
• Refunds are not issued for early cancellation of annual plans.
• Access will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

All such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
